FAQ

I’ll post some of the more commonly asked questions here for convenience. This is a constantly evolving page, perpetually under construction, and suggestions for what should be included are always welcome. I will continue to update it whenever I think of tidbits I think are relevant, but by all means, if you don’t see the answer to what you’re looking for, feel free to email me via the Contact Page. Reader feedback is always appreciated. ūüôā

  • Who, or what, is the Nightwolf?

I actually have an entire blog post dedicated to this very subject, here. Trust me, after reading it, you’ll know everything you’d ever need to about the Nightwolf.

  • Where do you get your inspiration from?

The short answer? Music. Below is a list of all my published works and the music that inspired them. And for those curious souls who find the nutshell version unsatisfactory, the detailed version can be found here.

The Bardach: “Bring Me to Life” by Evanescence, “Nemo” by Nightwish, & “Main Theme” by Cristophe Beck from the Elektra Soundtrack

Spinning: “Breakeven” by The Script & “Spinning” by Jack’s Mannequin

Confessions: “The Truth Beneath the Rose” by Within Temptation

Unmoving: “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved” by The Script

  • Where can I find your published works?

There are currently only a few places you can find my published works, but hopefully there will be more soon. (I’m currently investigating re-publication via eBook form, so be sure to check the¬†page frequently for developing details.) In the meantime, you can find each story at the distributors listed below, or contact me for an Autographed Copy.

The Bardach: Featured in Shelter of Daylight, Issue 1, available from Sam’s Dot Publishing.

Spinning: Featured in Shelter of Daylight, Issue 3, available from Sam’s Dot Publishing.

Confessions: Featured in Shelter of Daylight, Issue 4. Currently Out-of-Print, available in limited edition Autographed Copy only.

  • Will you read/edit my story?

That depends. If you want me to do it for free, unfortunately, I have to decline. I’m afraid I’m just too busy these days to take on many pro bono projects. But I’m flattered you thought of me!

If, however, you’ve got a budget for some freelance editing services, I might be able to fit you in. Details on my Freelance Editing Services can be found here. But please don’t be offended if I have to decline for scheduling purposes.

  • I’ve heard you do commissions, is that true?

Why, yes it is, thanks for asking! Commission information is located here, but as always, you can contact me with specific requests or questions via email as well.

Misc. Random Stuff

  • How do you pronounce your name?

Ah, yes. This question never ceases to amaze me. But I hear it all the time. It’s really very simple. It’s said exactly how it looks: “Kisa” = “Key-saw.” Now that you know that, you’re probably amazed you had to ask too.
